Where can you get tested for HIV or STD’s in Monterey County?

Did you know that within Monterey County there are services available for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Sexually Transmitted Disease Testing, Education, and Resources?  Can you make sure that you and your sexual partner stay healthy? Yes! But healthy sexuality depends on a number of factors, which is why we encourage you to explore all of the resources that are available to you here in Monterey County.  The Monterey Health Department has an entire Facebook page dedicated to STD and HIV Prevention, @ MCHD STD and HIV Prevention

Before visiting the following clinics the Health Department recommends that you call beforehand in regards to appointments, testing, and referrals. Be sure to ask about the fee types, which range from free to sliding scale for Medi-Cal, Family PACT, and private insurance.
